Review: Brad Paisley ft. Keith Urban - Start A Band

Start A Band
This collaboration brings together two of the foremost ax wielders, sorry, guitar players in popular country today. A cut from Paisley's upcoming album "Play", Start A Band is a solid offering from two of my favorite artists.
Start A Band is a pleasurable back and forth (instrumental and vocal) rally between Paisley and Urban. Sharing the verses, Paisley and Urban sing of a desire to alleviate themselves from the norm and, well, start a band. Subtle. Right?
For me at least, Aussie Keith Urban is the stronger contributor to this track, convincingly dominating Paisley a little in the vocal department, however, that is not to say that this is a one sided production - quite the contrary. Paisley, one of the most consistent artists in music today, has delivered something that, according to Paisley, is "not...what most are expecting."
At the end of the day, I am definitely auguring Start A Band as a hit on country radio.
